Our Recruitment Process – How It Works at KELLER Pressure

Are you curious about how our application process works? I would be happy to give you an insight into our recruitment process and can certainly give you a few good reasons why an application with us could be worthwhile for you.

Suppose you find an exciting job advert from us – perhaps on LinkedIn, jobs.ch or our website. It's even quite possible that someone you know has seen the advert and sent it to you. You feel directly addressed and would like to get to know us as an employer and the job better. If you would like to work for us but cannot find a suitable vacancy on our website, you can also send us your documents as a spontaneous application without any obligation.

You may not be sure whether your profile fits our vacancy, and that’s OK. Be brave, you have nothing to lose. You can always contact us in advance if you have any questions. You are welcome to use our first names.

Now you are 100% sure and are preparing your application documents. We can only support this step and recommend that you send us your documents – consisting of a letter of motivation, CV and references. Upload your complete application documents in our convenient application tool. Once complete, you will then receive a confirmation so that you know that we have actually received your application. Thank you for giving us a few days from this point. We will work quickly, but also take the time necessary to check your documents carefully. We will get back to you as soon as possible, we promise! We collect your salary expectations right at the start of the process, as they help us to organise the recruitment process more efficiently. We will of course treat all your details and documents confidentially.

And now on with the process. The ball is in our court – we will examine your profile carefully and conscientiously together with the relevant line manager. If your documents have piqued our interest, we would like to get to know you personally as soon as possible.

You've made it and are now on site with us in Winterthur. A little nervousness is not a bad thing and is a natural part of the process. Your future manager and we from HR look forward to getting to know you better and introducing you to KELLER Pressure. We will take the time to answer any questions or uncertainties you may have about the advertised position. After this first interview, we look forward to receiving your feedback on how you liked working with us.

After the initial interview, if you are still interested and you have also convinced us – we would be delighted to welcome you for a trial day or half-day. You will get to know other team members and be shown the tasks of the position in more detail. At the end of the trial day, we from HR will make time for you again. We would like to hear from you how you liked the trial day.

If everything fits, we will ask for references about you from your current or former superiors as references. Don't forget to inform them about your application beforehand. If the references are positive and we have clarified the employment formalities with you, we will say: Welcome to KELLER Pressure!
