KELLER Pressure Sensors – Developed for Harsh Environments
Materials
All materials, from acid gas-resistant Hastelloy to high-strength Inconel for extreme pressures, were chosen to meet the chemical and mechanical demands of the oil and gas environment.
Housing
KELLER pressure sensors are laser-welded and are situated in a hermetically sealed housing. The laser-welded housing produces a smooth, seamless join and prevents corrosion and media penetration. The hermetic seal ensures years of protection for the pressure sensor chip, even with permanent exposure to aggressive fluids, pressure cycling and thermoshocks.
Media
Thanks to their housing design, KELLER pressure sensors offer lasting resistance to the full spectrum of aggressive media* that can be present in upstream, midstream and downstream applications.

Long-Term Stability
KELLER Pressure is one of the leading pressure sensor manufacturers and has longstanding experience in permanent monitoring applications throughout the energy sector. Thanks to high-quality, coordinated components – from the pressure sensor chip to the optimum oil volume to the housing – our products guarantee unrivalled long-term stability.
Repeatability & Process-Critical Control
KELLER pressure sensors provide consistent measurement results, even with fluctuating pressures and temperatures. This consistency is vital for stable control loops, safety-critical decisions and long-term optimisation of drilling, pump and refinery processes.
Mathematic Model
Sensor behaviour is modelled and adjusted through precise calibration of the KELLER pressure sensors. They therefore offer stable, reliable performance throughout the life cycle, even under changing temperature and operating conditions.

Flexible Integration Options
Maximum precision is achieved through a combination of the unique mechanical design and the optimally coordinated electronics. The pressure sensors can be supplied with or without integrated electronics. The full mathematic model is directly incorporated in the device or in-house custom signal processing hardware can be used. In this case, KELLER Pressure provides the full mathematic model data to ensure that the sensor behaviour can be accurately modelled, compensated and maintained throughout its lifetime.

Pressure Ranges From Vacuum up to 2000 Bar
Whether for monitoring low-pressure gas systems or for high-pressure hydraulic fracturing, KELLER pressure sensors provide precise, stable measured values across an extremely wide pressure range.
Temperature Ranges From -20 to 200 °C
KELLER pressure sensors are suitable for reliable operation in low-temperature to high-temperature bore hole and refinery environments. They cover a temperature range from -20 to 200 °C without losing accuracy and reliability.
Mathematic Model up to 180 °C
The mathematic model enables precise correction of temperature-dependent effects over the entire compensated temperature range up to 180 °C. In addition, KELLER pressure sensors function mechanically up to 200 °C, whereby in-house custom signal processing can be used if required.
