Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To return a product for calibration, repairs or complaints, please fill in the form on this page. Shipments without an RMA-number will not be processed and returned to the sender at your expense.

3. Shipping
   You will receive a delivery note with the shipping information. Pack the product securely.

4. Confirmation of delivery
   You are informed as soon as your return has arrived.

5. Service & inspection
   We will process your return.

6. Completion
   You will receive a functional product, or a test report.
