Legal Name Change and Optimisation of Logistics in the EU Area
Since 1 April, we have been operating worldwide as KELLER Pressure. Our new, uniform and globally understandable brand continues to stand for Swiss quality and independence.

In order to increase the availability of our products and optimise logistics in the EU, we will be supplying our customers and partners directly from our central warehouse in Winterthur from 1 January 2026.
What does this change bring?
- Improved product availability through the establishment of a central warehouse in Winterthur.
- Consistent delivery quality and loyalty. Import of goods into the EU (Germany) by KELLER Pressure AG and intra-Community delivery within the EU as before with our partner DHL.
- The customs clearance process remains unchanged. The process will continue as before, including customs clearance of goods and delivery to the customer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. (Standard for deliveries to the EU: Incoterms DDP and logistics partner DHL).
- The German tax identification number (UID) of KELLER Pressure AG, which is used for intra-Community deliveries, is: DE166276218

What exactly will change a of January 1, 2026?
- New legal business partner for orders and legal documents with a conclusion date and/or effective date after December 31, 2025.
- All documents will be issued with the new business partner as of 1 January 2026 (business correspondence, offers, order confirmations, framework agreements, invoices).
- Existing contracts and agreements with KELLER Gesellschaft für Druckmesstechnik mbH remain valid as KELLER Pressure AG is an affiliated company. Contracts, quality agreements, and confidentiality agreements can be newly agreed or renewed with the parent company of KELLER Pressure AG, if this has not already been made.
- Ongoing framework agreements and orders with delivery dates after 31 January 2025 will be reconfirmed on behalf of KELLER Pressure AG.
